No bedside table or bedside light. No chair. No hangers in cupboard which had a door hanging off its hinges. Kettle useless and wouldn’t boil. No breakfast offered. "Got to the hotel to be told that there was not a room reserved for me. Apparantly the owner had stopped using Hotel.com in September, so was not expecting me. I could not be relocated as it was Lincoln Christmas Market, and all hotels were full. I therefore had to do the return journey all the way home, so wasted 4 hours and half a tank of petrol. Was told I would get a total refund to my mastercard, but then received a credit note instead."

"Outstanding! One of the best equipped places I’ve stayed in. Located right in the centre with easy access to restaurants and shops. It’s a few minutes walk from Tesco and car parks are a few minutes walk away. House has no parking but it’s free between 6pm to 8pm and the first hour is free between those hours. House is lovely and over three stories and I will definitely use it again. "
