The Cocoonr agency offers you for rent Ty-Ruz, means red house in Breton as the color of this holiday home. Its terrace opens you a magnificent view of the Billiers Hills and the ocean in the background. It consists of a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, fridge, etc.) a large dining room, a living room and four bedrooms. You also have a fully fenced garden, a very large south facing terrace. Located in Billiers’ city center and 3 minutes from the beaches, all leisure activities are at your fingertips. We look forward to welcoming you there !

The accommodation consists of :

- A living room of 30 m² with lounge, TV, wifi
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. To start your stay, we provide you with some coffee capsules, tea, sugar, a grocery kit oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, cleaning products...
- Two bedrooms with 2 double beds, a queen size bed of 160 and one of (140 190). One bedroom with 2 twin beds and the 4th with bunk beds. The cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival
- Two bathrooms with shower
- Two separate toilets

For even more comfort : Barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board, garden furniture.

Exterior :

- Panoramic view on the stretchers without opposite, beautiful sunsets
- A beautiful 700 m² enclosed garden + south facing terrace with outdoor furniture, shade sails for the summer.

The house is ideally located in Billiers, close to the beaches of Damgan in a very nice and quiet environment. You will be close to all commodities but also shops, restaurants, bars, markets.

- Nearest railway station: SNCF Vannes railway station (35 min)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique (1h45)

TY-RUZ "Faible rapport qualité prix 🙂 Les points positifs : la vue sur la campagne et la mer, et le calme de Billiers fort appréciés 🙁 Nous avons eu malheureusement pas mal de déconvenues … - ménage pas bien fait - terrasses très sale (sol noirs et toiles d araignées) y compris la table pour les repas - Matelas bon marchés très inconfortables, on a tous les 6 eu mal au dos les jeunes comme les plus vieux … - un lit avec pied recollé.. a cedé dès la première nuit.. nos jeunes adultes ont dû dormir à 2 dans un lit une place tout le séjour ! - Parasol hors d usage - arrivee tardive imposée à 17h et départ impératif des 10h!! Sans nego possible contrairement à ce qui avait été évoqué lors de notre acceuil Maison assez défraîchie dans l’ensemble ..les salles de bain …et douches en mauvais état Pour finir, rapport qualité prix bien en deçà de ce que nous avons l’habitude de louer sur la même période !"
