"Pleasant clean lakefront hotel. The pool looked great. Lakefront park and walk/bike promenade is excellent, and just across the street. The city obviously goes to great lengths to keep the park and beach areas super clean. Hotel a/c worked well, shower good, quiet decent room overall. Breakfast is typical but good and friendly staff. "The nearly new hotel is interesting... good location, comfortable room with a balcony across the main street from the lake. Owner/host speaks English well. The included breakfast was very good, but not available before 9:30. The only odd thing was that there is no overnight staff, apparently. No way to talk to a front desk if needed. Think of it more like an apartment than a hotel. But other than that it was very good. Would stay again. "

"This is new hotel, nobody speaks English here, I think they only did the construction for locals, not foreigners, the breakfast is terrible, staff was rude, especially the ladies' staff, the only good thing about this hotel is its good location and new building, that's it. "

"İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and hospitable. I will stay there again. My guests visiting Türkiye loved it. "
