"We stayed in this house for 6 days and I can say that the experience was not what we've expected. When we checked in we did not get a room that we've originally booked. In our six day stay nobody bothered to clean the room, change towels or bring toilet paper, we had to ask for it or wonder in the middle of the night around the house and try to find it ourself. "Very friendly staff and the owner , Cheryl , was very nice and accommodating. The place is lovely. We lived in the upper floor and had the veranda and ‘sky bar’ for ourselves! We will definitely come back . Only setback is the short rocky road drive to the place. Otherwise a real As haven in tagbilaran. "

They had made a mistake and checked someone in under my name already when I arrived, and then instead of explaining the situation and asking my friends and I to please wait while they sorted it out, they literally ran away without telling us anything and we had to wait for 45 minutes while they worked on it. "I had a ground floor room right by the street and parking lot. I was there for 2 weeks and I wanted to switch rooms but was told that I couldn't. I had trouble getting clean towels and had to wait 2 days for toilet paper. This was one of my worst experiences in the Philippines. Breakfast was over at 8 am so you have to get up early after listening to dogs barking all night, noise from traffic and of course several roosters. Not a pleasant stay. "
