"The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. "The castle and its park are beautiful and the property is extremely quiet. We enjoyed the great breakfast buffet. Not so good was the restaurant (we ordered a package with a three course dinner). The waiter was not well trained, the menu card showed a different dessert than we were served. The food itself was ok. "

"The hotel is very nice - the facilities are new and very well maintained, rich and varied breakfast. Excellent facilities - sauna, swimming pool, spa. The **** designation is well deserved. Negatives - poor accommodation in building 5. Poorly furnished apartment, cold in the room - lukewarm radiators, cold floor with no possibility to warm up. "A comfortable and well-kept hotel some 50 meters from multiple hiking trails and but a 20 minute walk from the Karpacz downtown. The surroundings are beautiful. A truly perfect place for exercise and relaxation. I conjoined ca. 5 hours of hiking each day with massage treatments in the spa. I opted for half board and found the gastronomy, for both breakfast and dinner, to be of the the highest quality. I'm going back next year."

"This is a beautiful hotel. It's stunning from a distance and up close. You can see it from the road; it's an impressive manor. The staff were very polite and helpful, and spoke good English. The room was lovely, with vaulted ceilings and doors, and you feel like a king. The restaurant was very nice, and the food incredible and worth the money. Breakfast was fantastic and there was a lot of variety. Would stay again."
