"friendly & helpful staff member at check in, room is simple but clean, spacious. we have a dog so we have a dog friendly room & it has a little area with a mat prepared for pups. I was also asked if i needed a bed/bowls for him but we had brought our own. perfect for good nights rest"

"I'm only rating this property 3 star for 2 reasons- it could use a good cleaning, especially the kitchen and bathroom areas. "Off beaten path which was perfect for first night traveling Montana smallish towns. Mostly just spent the overnight there - beds and shower were good. Only drawback was couldn’t figure out how to lock door. Could’ve called Lee but weren’t that worried about it."

A quaint little town, everything winds down early except the Bigfork Summer Lyric Playhouse - wonderful young actors and actresses and crew put on Fabulous stage plays. Went to a different play every night. Also visited the National Glacier Park

When I travel to the mountains I push myself to the limit physically. The gift of Candlewycke is that a highly physical active person can retreat here and find physical comfort and mental peace. If this is what you are like this is THE place for you!
