"Don't be put off by the plain looking building if you view on Google StreetView. The inside is beautiful. The "cosy double" was actually a good size. Check-in was quick. Balcony access was restricted due to building works. This in itself wasn't an issue, but the windows could have been cleaner to maintain the lovely sea view. "We stayed in the hotel, as we held our joint 50th party there. We stayed in a standard double room and found it to be clean and comfortable, and perfect for our needs. The breakfast was delicious, with a good amount of choice. All of the staff were professional and friendly. "

"The food was outstanding. We are in the bar area and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choice. The evening entertainment was brilliant. The shower was terrible. We only stayed one night as we were attending a funeral so only used it once and we were in a hurry. "Two rooms booked and were different ends of hotel - one had sea view- one poor disappointing view. Rooms were good size and clean but very cold as radiators hardly came on. We were on fifth floor and water took a while to come through warm. Queue for reception as only one person on Limited bar choice but a good breakfast and staff were pleasant in all areas"

"We had a great stay overnight on a Sunday when there was plenty of free parking on the road just outside the hotel. The spa was wonderful and our room was very comfortable. Great staff and facilities with a 24hr bar service. We would highly recommend. "

"Lovely little lodge in the heart of cawsand bay, the locals were all wonderful and we really enjoyed exploring the area and all along the coast. I would highly recommend if you want a few days away from the hustle and bustle of city life!"
