quiet house on the edge of the forest and near the beaches

House on two floors, 4 bedrooms. Large garden and outdoor facilities. Close to the beaches of the basin (6kms), the lake (20min), shops (1km), motorway (3kms), bike path that goes around the basin (300m). We will be happy to welcome you to our house to share our region.
3 cats remain on the spot in autonomy, they are adorable and cute with everybody even the children, it will be necessary just to check if the bowls are full (croquettes and water).

Une belle parenthèse pour les vacances
Nous avons pu profiter 15 jours d'une jolie maison bien agencée avec un extérieur idéal pour les enfants comme pour les parents. L'emplacement est impeccable par rapport à la desserte du bassin, des commerces et l'accès à la voie rapide comme les axes interieurs. La piste velo (indépendante du reseau routier et fait le tour du bassin) qui passe tout près est un plus car vous ne ferez pas grand chose à pied même sur Biganos qui est étendue. Malgré sa réputation le traffic estival ne nous a pas réellement impacté. Dedans c'est une vraie maison avec tout ce qu'il faut (même les enceintes connectés au rdc et à l'étage). Cela change des lieux dédiés à la location aseptisés et impersonnels mais que certains peuvent préférerer. Nos 2 enfants de 3 et 7 ans ont particulièrement apprécié les 3 chats qui sont par ailleurs très discrets. Merci donc à Valérie et Xavier facilement joignables et réactifs et à qui nous souhaitons d'avoir passé d'aussi bonnes vacances que nous.
