"This home was amazing. It was fully equipped for all of our needs. Communication was the best I have ever encountered. The home was clean and stocked with TP & paper towels. Now for the view; absolutely heavenly! I don’t know if I have seen anything more beautiful. Every direction is beautiful!! If you are even thinking of visiting Livingston, this home is a perfect choice!!"

"My family had such a great time staying at this property. We had a rehearsal dinner for a wedding with plenty of room for everyone. We all enjoyed the large screened in porch and plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate us. There was even a bunt cake waiting for us at check-in which was delicious and a great touch. Outdoor fire pit, horseshoe pit, outdoor dining table and an amazing view (all inside a HUGE fenced yard)to keep my pup safe. "

If we are ever lucky enough to come to MT in the summer, I would love to stay here again. "Nice quiet home in a neighborhood. "

"Loved this property for our stay in Montana! Great location and beautiful views. The boys would have loved to have river access from the property but we knew up front that we did not. Property was clean and well stocked. Only think that would have made it 100% perfect for us would have been air conditioning. It was cool enough at night but we didn’t do well sleeping with the windows open. Loved it overall!"

"Great views. Barbecue in the backyard, coffee with the ladies on the back deck, fishing for the men, ping-pong in the basement, corn hole on the side yard. Plenty of seating, the kitchen was well laid out, and there was plenty of room for all of us to move around."
