"We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the house was nicely updated. Communication with the owner was easy and you can tell they want their guests to have a great stay. The hot cocoa/coffee bar, available pack & play and high chair, and well equipped kitchen were nice touches that set this property apart from other rentals we’ve had in the past. They also had a lot of lake/beach items available for use in the garage if staying in the summer months. "

"Awesome place to gather family for the holidays. Clean and comfortable. Great game play area in basement with Foosball and ping pong. Comfy couches, big TVs to watch the games. Plenty of dishes, cups and silverware. Just a really relaxing and enjoyable place. The hot tub was incredible too! "

"We LOVED our stay at Floyd's home! The only minor issue we had was we found out 30 minutes before arrival that there is a cat that lives in the house, while we are there. We did not know about the cat ahead of time, and panicked because two of the guests coming are allergic. Floyd was able to have the cat moved to a different house for the weekend and the allergies weren't terrible, but still present. Overall, it was a great time and the perfect location! We will definitely be back in the...

"Our family met here for Christmas this year and it was absolutely lovely. Beautiful holiday decor and the hot cocoa bar was a hit with the kids. The home is exactly as pictured (except the exterior is red now instead of grey, which confused me upon arrival). Plenty of space for the family to spread out but also well-designed for the whole group to be in one room watching a holiday movie and playing games.
