"We enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was great and the house was nicely updated. Communication with the owner was easy and you can tell they want their guests to have a great stay. The hot cocoa/coffee bar, available pack & play and high chair, and well equipped kitchen were nice touches that set this property apart from other rentals we’ve had in the past. They also had a lot of lake/beach items available for use in the garage if staying in the summer months. "

Very unique and talking point art, throughout the house. Couches are very comfortable, slightly low to the ground for older guests. Laundry on site made unpacking, once home, very enjoyable. "The view was perfect and the house was the perfect accommodation for this group. The sprawling lawn was a nice bonus for playing games and getting sun. My suggestion would be to get more rugs for the deck as that deck gets way to hot and put in the ladder for use because it’s hard to get in and out of the river. It was nice that the boat had everything we needed in the kitchen. My only concern was how dusty it was. Overall great spot to go with a large group and friends!"

"Our family used this house for our Christmas gathering and it was great! It’s hard to find a place that sleeps over 20 and also has lots of bedrooms. We appreciated all the dishes and cooking utensils that were on hand. It was one of the best stocked houses for cooking that I’ve stayed in. It was also great that the owners were flexible with allowing a few family members to bring their dogs along. That was greatly appreciated! Thanks for sharing the house, it’s on our list for future stays."

The place could have used a quick once over for cleaning just prior to arrival, there were some areas that needed to be swept up and some dishes looked like they hadn't been cleaned in awhile so they pre-washed prior to using. Over all was a good stay. "
