"This cottage was exactly as advertised. Beautiful, clean, great amenities and perfect location right in the middle of Berlin. Right on Main Street, which is busy but inside was surprisingly well insulated from all the outside noise. There was a construction crew one morning basically right next door with heavy equipment and Jack hammering concrete, we couldn’t even hear it inside the master bedroom. Highly recommend this place, we will be coming back here again for sure! "

"Beautiful area. Quiet and relaxing. Close enough to get to the stores and restaurants most like within minutes. The pool at the cottages when they say cold plunge it was a cold plunge. But it was mid September. We did have trouble accessing the resort pool even following Directions. Not sure what we did wrong. Cottages are beautiful inside and out "

"The cottage was clean and accessible to venture out. The horses in the lot next door were fun to watch. Was surprised about the Hot Tub on the property was very nice. A couple of things: frying pan at least 10 inches would have been nice, front door facing the pool was difficult to open and close, shower door needs immediate repair it came off the tracks and difficult to but back on, some of the window screens were torn. Overall, it was very nice and will come back again. "

"The property was clean and beds were comfortable. In the first floor bedroom, there was not a stopper for the bathroom sink. Upstairs bathroom, it would be nice to have a grab bar getting out of shower. Additionally, it would be nice to have a second lamp in the upstairs bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property and we would stay there again!"

"Super cute community! Cottage was cozy and inviting (a little weird that bedrooms didn't have doors, but not a problem). Grass was super long which was hard for our tiny dog. Wonderfully quiet there. Neighbor was very rude because we had 2 small cars and they had 2 giant jacked up hillbilly trucks and he came pounding on our door at 830 at night wanting us to move. Overall an 8 out of 10! Thank you!"
