Castaway On The Keys warmly welcomes your furry companions, making it a pet-friendly haven. Bring up to two friendly and well-behaved dogs 50 lbs or less with you, and for their stay, there's a pet fee of $10 per night per pet, and a straightforward registration process via our third-party pet screening service (fee applies). Minimum Rental Period: The county zoning regulations require a minimum rental period of 28 nights, and no exceptions can be made.
Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.
Peak Season Rentals: If you're interested in renting December through March, all bookings must be for the entire month, starting the beginning of the month and ending the end of the month. Consecutive months may be booked, as long as they follow this requirement. If you're interested in booking other dates, please contact us for approval prior to booking. Bookings made during these months that do not adhere to these requirements are subject to cancellation by the host.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.
Mandatory Mid-Stay Cleaning: A mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for all bookings to ensure the quality and cleanliness of the property. If the mid-stay cleaning fee is not added at the time of booking, it will be applied afterward.
Boating Safety: Due to bridges and varying water depths, it is your responsibility to verify that your boat can safely navigate the local waters, access the canal, and fit the listed dockage before booking this property. Please ensure that your boating activities are conducted safely and in compliance with local regulations.
