"It was terrible. Terrible service, no staff help, rooms don’t have pull out couches even tho you book one. Breakfast was literally bagels and cereal, the “pool” is just a big hot tub, no early check in for honors members, no late check out, my kids slept on the floor no extra pillows in the hotel, I’ll never stay there Again"
