Perfect for a family ski trip or a summer getaway! Two-story condo located in a beautiful, desirable area of Big Bear close to Snow Summit Ski Resort, local shops and restaurants, and more. Close to National Forest hiking trails.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1300 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, bar seating, 2 beautiful wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs first bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, fireplace, and balcony. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove, oven, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Smart TVs with Roku, streaming apps, and fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the cozy wood burning fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the private balcony or lower deck. Walk right to the chairlift, local shops and restaurants, or take a short drive to the lake or Village!

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.

Great stay
Very nice house. Great location. Had everything we needed. The only thing you should update is the master bedroom does not have a king size bed. Definitely would stay here again in the future. Walking distance to the summit and near all amenities.
