This beautiful log cabin is located in the peaceful neighborhood of upper Moonridge. This logwood retreat is perfect for family trips, or group getaways, surrounded by Big bear’s pine trees this cabin is located just minutes away from Bear Mountain Ski Resort.

The Slopeside offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing mountain getaway. Inside, you'll find a spacious living area with a brick stone fireplace, perfect for snuggling up with a warm cup of cocoa after a day on the slopes. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space to prepare delicious meals.

Upstairs, you'll find three comfortable bedroom. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private balcony with beautiful views of the surrounding forest. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of natural lighting. The third room offers a twin and full bunkbed (trundle bed is located underneath, just in case) perfect for the kids or teenagers to enjoy their cozy space.

Outside, the Slopeside's deck is the perfect place to take in the crisp mountain air and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You can also relax in the private hot tub and soak your cares away under the stars.

Rules by the City of Big Bear Lake
Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy.
*NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
*No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
*Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
Take trash to dumpster locations
*Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41970 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.
Fines
*The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
*Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
