The cabin features a master bedroom with a queen bed and a guest bedroom with two queen beds, providing plenty of space for everyone. It is nestled between Big Bear Mountain and the Big Bear Lake village, offering easy access to all the adventures Big Bear has to offer. Take the shuttle bus at the end of our street to Bear Mountain Ski Area or Snow Summit Ski Area, or experience the sights and sounds of the National Forest by walking up the street to the Bristlecone trailhead.
Families love the cabin, with ample entertaining space in the living room and the guest bedroom equipped with plenty of entertainment options. The washer and dryer are also handy in case the kids have an accident or want to wear their favorite outfit every day.
You'll love the flexibility of being able to cook at the cabin, as the kitchen comes equipped with pots, pans, plates, glassware, and utensils. The gas range and oven make it easy to whip up a meal for six or a beautiful brunch. We provide a drip coffee maker, toaster, and microwave, too.
The fireplace is functional and will keep you warm on the coldest of nights. Linens and towels are provided, and our cleaning crew will take care of everything when you leave. The cabin features a 55 inch H.D. TV with Netflix and Youtube TV, and there is a Roku in the guest bedroom for the kids to enjoy.
We understand how hard it can be to travel with pets, so we allow dogs at Big Bear Boarding House. We even provide a pet bed and blanket for your furry friend. We recommend checking out some of the hiking trails up the street from the cabin for some outdoor fun with your pet. Please note that we do not allow cats, and the outside of the cabin is monitored by video.

Early Check In-Late Check Out:
We appreciate that you'd like to spend as much time as you can at our cabin and at times we can provide an early check in and late checkout for an additional fee. If you've not paid this fee and had it confirmed by us that you can check in early or checkout late you're not permitted to check into the cabin before 3 p.m. and must checkout at 11 a.m. If you enter before 3 p.m. or stay beyond 11 a.m. we reserve the right to charge your security deposit.
Pets:
We love dogs and we know you do too! We understand that sometimes our pets want to sit on the couch or bed. Please use the dog blanket provided (folded on the small bench to the right of the T.V.) for your dog to sit on the couch or bed. Thanks for cleaning up after your dog. We do not allow cats.
Smoking:
Please, please do not smoke in our cabin. If the cleaning crew smells smoke after your visit there is an excess charge of two hundred and fifty dollars.
Trash:
All trash and recycling must be removed by you to one of the 2 disposal stations in Big Bear. We apologize for the inconvenience but this is a city ordinance.

If trash is not removed from the cabin there is a fee of one hundred dollars or twenty five dollars per bag whichever is greater.
The maximum number of cars we can accommodate is three. Any violation of this will result in a loss of security deposit.
The maximum number of people the cabin can accommodate is six. Any violation of this at any time during your stay can result in eviction and loss of security deposit.
The minimum age to book this property is 25 years of age.
