Driveway during Winter season: We provide a snow plow every time there is 4 inches or more of snow; there is a snow shovel near the front door. It is highly recommended and usually mandatory during winter snow that you have chains or a 4x4 at all times.

To comply with our city permit, there is a $35 charge for dish cleaning in case they are not washed before your check-out.

If there is trash in the property, there will be an additional charge of $25 per bag.

Any guest that violates county or city rules as outlined in our 'things to know' and 'house rules' sections will be subject to paying a $350 call code attendance fee by our 24:7 call compliance staff in addition to any fines levied by the city, whether it results in a violation or not.

No events or parties - any party will incur $5,000 fine plus immediate eviction same with smoking inside
There are no outdoor fires, lighter fluid, coal burning devices, or anything that has its own separate burning device allowed at any time due to fire hazards.
