Attractive Cottage in Baillamont with Terrace

Located at the fringe of a small forest in Baillamont, this peaceful cottage has 1 bedroom to host up to 3 guests. Perfect for a small family, this cottage has a beautiful balcony to admire scenic views of the surrounding while you enjoy your brunch.

The forest is only 100 m away making the property favourite amongst nature lovers. The town centre and grocery stores are just 5 km away. Grab a bite on the go from the restaurant a short drive away. You can also locate a lake, 15 km from the cottage.

This pet-friendly cottage has everything you need on a vacation home. Cosy living with woodstove, well-equipped kitchen, a spacious terrace, and a lush furnished garden (not fenced) are all in use for you to have a pleasant stay. You can park in the parking available. Try some of your culinary skills with the barbecue in place. You can also bring 2 of your pets to stay along for an additional cost.

You can check-in between 4-6 PM whereas check-out can be done from 10-11 AM.
Due to safety reasons, it is forbidden to charge an electric car via the holiday home's domestic power network

De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk, ze spreekt ontzettend goed Engels en vertelt heel veel over de omgeving. Er was een probleem met de WIFI en daar is op zondag iemand voor gekomen terwijl we hadden aangegeven dat dat echt niet nodig was, dus ze doet alles om het je naar je zin te maken. Het huisje is super schattig en schoon, het doet ons aan de Efteling denken. De tuin is fantastisch heel groot op een heuvel met een mooi uitzicht, lekker rustig. Je moet wel goed ter been zijn hier. De mensen in de omgeving zijn erg vriendelijk. De omgeving is prachtig.

Ardennen im goldenen Herbst
Die Vermieterinnen Francine und ihr Schwester sind super. Freundlich, zugewandt, hilfsbereit, haben wirklich hilfreiche Tipps, lassen einem aber auch die Ruhe. Danke dafür. Die Landschaft ist wunderschön. Wer Ruhe und Erholung beim Wandern, Bootsfahrten, Mountainbiking sucht und ab und zu mal in einen verträumten Cafe an der Semois sitzen möchte kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Das charmante Haus hat eine angenehme Ausstrahlung. Als wäre die Zeit in der Bergerie stehen geblieben, mit modernem Komfort. Es ist ein Natursteinhaus. Wenn das leer stand müssen sich die Wände erst erwärmen, das geht mit dem Kaminofen am besten. Danach "heizt" das Haus mit. Die vorhandene, sehr effektive, Heizung haben wir fast garnicht genutzt. Es war wunderbar. Francine hat auch 3 schöne Zimmer mit Frühstück zu vermieten. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Leuke gezellige woning, alleen kamer aan de donkere kant. Verder alles aanwezig en prima. Zeer gezellige en behulpzame gastvrouw (Francine). Spreekt enkele woorden nederlands en altijd bereid tot helpen. Zeer prettig verblijf gehad. Rina en Wim uit Nederland.

Emplacement, équipement, gîte : superbe ! Malheureusement, les frais relatifs aux charges ne sont pas justifiés. Au moment du départ, relevé des compteurs pour paye les charges (comme annoncé lors de la réservation), sauf que ces compteurs ne sont pas relevés à notre arrivée. Résultat : nous payons 50 euros de charge (eau, électricité, gaz et chauffage (bois) ) sans que ce soit justifié. Je précise que nous n'avons occupé le gite que le matin et le soir. Nous partions les journées complètes et les radiateurs étaient fermés ! J'ai fait part de mes remarques à la propriétaire qui m'a répondu : "C'est la première fois que l'on me fait une remarque ! ".

Een enorm leuk romantisch en historisch huisje. Een vriendelijke beheerder Francien die ons veel heeft verteld over de omgeving. Goede tips over wandelingen. Het huisje is in een mooi gebied gelegen wat voor iedereen veel biedt, of je nu wandelaar, fietser of automobilist bent. Op 2 km afstand heb je een buurtcafe op de hoek naar Bievre. Dat is een echte aanrader. Na elke wandeling daar een pintje pakken was heerlijk Niet duur (2,00). De dichts bijzijnde supermakrt is Carrefour in Bievre. Dat is ook niet ver weg, 4 km vanaf het huisje. Al met al, een echte aanrader. Een mooi tuin rondom het huis waar je kan vertoeven.

Zeer goede ontvangst, prachtige streek met mooie wandelingen. Als je rust zoekt is dit de goede bestemming. Spijtig dat ons gemeld is dat we zondag moesten vertrekken terwijl we volgens de eigenaares recht hadden tot maandag. Een fout bij Belvilla waar we dan toch graag een vergoeding voor kregen.

Door de eigenaresse ontvangen, uitgebreide rondleiding. Gezellig klein en knus huisje, met een erg goed functionerende houtkachel. Keuken van alles voorzien. Grote en gezellige slaapkamer, in het bed wel weinig vering, lag wat hard. Mijn vriend had daar overigens geen last van. Al met al, ondanks het niet al te beste weer, een prima weekend gehad. Enige puntje wat ons frappeerde was dat ons gevraagd werd zelf de houtkachel schoon te maken: er lagen in een lade spullen klaar waarmee we dagelijks het binnenruitje van de kachel moesten schoonpoetsen en we moesten bij vertrek de kachel zelf ook schoonmaken van binnen. Dat heb ik eerder nooit meegemaakt en hoort m.i. inclusief te zijn bij de algemene schoonmaak. Maar het heeft de pret niet mogen drukken en we hebben, zoals gezegd, verder een heel fijn weekend gehad in het comfortabele huisje.

Its a perfect place to stay for a few days for hiking or walking. The host was very nice and friendly. She gave good advice for sightseeing in the region. The cottage was very cosy and clean. We enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace.

Autehtiek Ardennengevoel.
Na een warme ontvangst met knisperend houtvuur genoten we van een vakantie die alle stress uitwiste! De bossen beginnen zodra je een voet buiten zet en het gastenverblijf is een zeer knus, gezellig en geriefelijk huisje. De eigenares is erg vriendelijk en geeft graag tips om de omgeving te ontdekken.
