Living room: Bright and spacious room with 2 comfortable sofas and a Smart TV and DVD player. One of the sofas is a sofa bed, that provides additional sleeping for 1 person.
Kitchen: Well equipped, ‘country style’ fitted kitchen with: electric cooker, 4 ring gas hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher, integrated fridge with ice box, washing/ dryer machine and variety of kitchen utensils. Dining area with dining table and 4 chairs that provides a nice setting to enjoy an evening meal.
Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): Double bedroom with hanging rail for clothes, full length mirror and bedsides.
Bathroom (Ground Floor): Bath with thermostatic shower over, wash basin and WC.
Garden: A secured, shared patio garden with established flowering plants.
Parking: On street parking is available a short walk from the property, along the road near the quayside. There is a public car park around 300 metres away at the end of the Quay and on Odun Road - subject to availability, charges apply.
Pets: No dogs

Travel Details
The postcode is EX39 1PS. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 to Barnstaple, and then follow the A39 towards Bideford. After crossing the New Torridge Bridge, turn right at the roundabout signposted Northam and Westward Ho! Follow this road for approx. half a mile and turn right to Appledore. Follow this road for approx. 1.5 miles down to the village. When you reach the Quay the road bears left and after approx. 200 metres you will see Bude Street on your left. The property, 7 Bude Street, is located approx. 50 metres up on Bude Street. You can park your car on the Quayside or in the public carpark at the end of Quay. Please note Bude Street is a narrow road, but is accessible from both ends by car. This means you are able to pull up outside the property to load/ unload the car.
