Very quiet and peaceful, with 1 min walk to the river for swimming and fishing.Damian and Tracy are beautiful hosts, inviting us to help ourselves in the orchard, glasshouse, and even eggs from the free range chickens.Masterton is only a few minutes drive on a good road. We fully recommend Northfield Farm Cottage. It's so relaxing. Excellent value for money"

"This is a great place to relax and chill. Good for winter or summer, with the woodburner and the spa. Surrounded by trees, places to walk. The local pub does a mean (big!) burger, and Castlepoint is a short drive away for a walk or surf or swim. Fully kitted out kitchen, and Masterton supermarkets not far away. Wifi works fine. Perfect escape for a long weekend."
