"I had the best time here! I wasn't expecting this level of service from this brand but I must say, they knocked it out the park and my expectations were exceeded. The staff were super attentive, friendly and solution based. Comfy beds and couldnt fault the cleanliness. Breakfast buffet is spectacular. I really couldnt fault this place and will deff be back. Business travel or a weekend away as a couple this place has it all with the spa facilities downstairs. "

"Customer service was outstanding at Reception, Bar and Wellness Centre. The rooms were spacious. They were very accomodating of mobility issues. The sauna was a lovely bonus. I would definitely stay here again if in the area."

"Not my first stay here, and not my last. The hotel is in a beautiful location right on the seafront about a 7-8 minute walk from the pier. I usually get a room with a balcony overlooking the sea as that’s almost the whole point I staying there. The staff are always friendly and helpful. "comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed."

"The hotel decoration was beautiful and very clean. The room was perfect and when we had an issue the staff were very efficient and moved us to a new room. The hotel was very quiet except for a bit of noise during one day when scaffolding was being erected outside the new room we were in, this was due to repairs taking place so couldn’t be helped. We had a superb breakfast each morning with lots of choice."

"The hotel was welcoming. Phoned before hand .They put a room that meet my disablement made sure that i had a walk in shower. I found that i could acess all the hotel. The room was clean .the entertainment in the evening was good.i did not try the food. As i had eaten before i got there .and left very early. I shall return to this hotel"

"Lovely old hotel on the seafront, parking, very friendly staff, good hot breakfast on hot plates 😁 needs a bit of TLC but with 140 rooms on a building of this age, you expect some ongoing maintenance. Large airy room clean and tidy, could do with updating, but I’m sure they will achieve that in time. "A beautiful building with welcoming log fires. The hotel is very comfortable and every member of staff went out of their way to be helpful with my disabled husband. They were unfailingly cheerful and created a lovely atmosphere."

"Lovely place. I didn’t realise when I booked that the room is not en-suite. Which was fine except only two toilets for 12-14 pods. The pods are nice and very well kept, but very small for mote than 2 people. Family with little kids ok, but we were groups of adults and teenagers so not idea. Over all place is very nice, but probably not worth the cost. "
