"Upon arrival I was pleased with my room size. I did notice a strong odor that at first I thought was the floor wax (nice floors) but it was room deodorizer that was way too strong - I prefer a clean small. Nice small pool. Parking is street parking for the property. An ill place shelf blocks the curtains from being fully closed. Food from on site cafe was very good. "

Not only were the views incredible; the room super romantic (with a very cool outdoor tropical shower); and the location perfect for exploring the Great Barrier Reef, Mossman Gorge, and the Daintree Rainforest; Andre (the host) was so warm and welcoming that we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. "We came back to this property as we found it such a lovely place to stay. The owner is very welcoming, the property is clean, comfortable and quiet. It is also quite centrally located; Cairns is about 20 minutes, the Atherton tablelands about an hour and the daintree about an hour and a half away- all easy day trips.
