"The property is about 7 minutes from the central bus station, about 20 minutes from the beach and about 5 minutes from the next market. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The property was clean. What we did not know in advance is that we had to be quiet at around 10 so we mostly just went to the beach or stayed in Zadar. All in all we were very pleased with our stay there."

There were no towels and they brought us finally a few towels which were dirty (no more comments). Also, the room stinks. And the lady who is supposed to be the manager is absolutely rude and impolite. On top of that, there was no hot water at all. Finally, when I asked for some extra sheets she found this...

"Das beste Ferienhaus in dem wir je waren! Super freundlich und sehr gut alles organisiert. Der Pool wurde mehrmals gereinigt und uns wurden Tomaten und Öl dabei vorbeigebracht. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und es standen sogar Getränke kalt. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Leider ist es für uns in der Hauptsaison zu teuer. Im Inserat wären noch Bilder von den Schlafzimmern gut. Aber wie gesagt unsere Erwartungen wurden weit übertroffen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet und die Betten...
