"I made reservations to stay at this hotel, and paid in full, over 2 months in advance. When I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 pm to check in and drop off our bags, they did not have our reservation. I had paper copies, and emails, showing that we had in fact reserved a room. The manager had zero interest in trying to solve the problem and told us he couldn’t help us and there were no rooms available. This was our first day in Europe after an overnight flight from the US. It was high tourist...

"Booking was really easy. Olivia communicates well by e-mail and answers queries quickly. We had a really late arrival at the property which went really smoothly as arranged by Olivia. The house is very large. The living area is warm and cosy with a sofa and a seating area if you want to eat there. The kitchen is very well equiped so there were no problems with cooking for 5. It has a seating area for 6/7 and enough cutlery and crockery to ensure you don't have to switch on the dishwasher...

"We stayed here for one night. It was fine for a one day stay. The furnishing and carpeting are somewhat worn but it was clean. We were not there long enough to use any appliances other than the refrigerator, which worked fine. The location itself is so-so. it is very close to the rodelbahn and some nice hikes but the views from the property itself are rather limited. The neighbors have big old rusted boiler (or something like that) in the front yard so not super attractive immediate surrounding....

"If you like to hike, this is the place to be! It's a less than 10-minute walk to the Olympic Stadium and Gorge. There is a fabulous little cafe within the stadium and ski lifts. We dined at the restaurant in the hotel the first evening. It was rather expensive for 2 adults/3 kids, however, the buffet selection was AMAZING! We will definitely stay again!"
