"We had a problem with our room.smelling and it got worse. The staff asked us to run all the water in the bathroom (which was yellow) and that stopped the smell. They said our room hadn't been occupied in awhile. All good after that."

The staff Natali and Rafael went out of their way to take care of us, help us with a last minute reservation, and handled any and all requests with a smile and excellent attitude. The breakfast was great, there’s coffee all day, and a nice frozen yogurt afternoon treat. The room we stayed in was beautiful, with a balcony and enough windows to help with ventilation. Location was also close to tram to get you anywhere in the city quickly. Thank you Natali and Rafael for an excellent stay! We loved this place and you guys were wonderful!"
