The Mercury Biarritz was in a perfect location. Everything was within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, beds were very comfy. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful!

The personal we’re not friendly. Upon check in the other couple were given an upgrade at no additional cost. When my wife asked the receptionist was it possible to get an upgrade as welll she was very short with my wife saying she would have to check with the manager. We went to our room which was very small the phone wrang and my wife answered and was told an upgrade was not possible and hung up. Rude people! Never stay here again.

Bel endroit près de tout et de la mer mais le soir de week-end les jeunes font la fête vous ne pouvez ouvrir les fenêtres trop de bruits. Vraiment bien situé. Lit confortable.

Très bien situé en face du casino… donc près de la mer et des galerie Lafayette,pour vous situer. Propre , bon déjeuner. Belle décoration. Lors de notre séjour il y a eu des températures froides d’où la coupure d’air climatisée. Mais la chaleur est revenue et pas l’air climatisée. Option d’ouvrir les fenêtres mais Biarritz le week-end, c’est la fête beaucoup de bruits tard la nuit ou bien nettoyage de rues. Si vous fermez les fenêtres.. ouf il n’y a plus de bruits mais il fait chaud. L’ascenseur, si la porte de verre n’est pas fermée comme il se doit elle demeure où elle est J’ai du descendre les 3 étages. Pas la fin du monde mais il me semble qu’aujourd’hui il y a moyen de pouvoir améliorer ce genre de situation. En voyage, ne pas bien dormir est épuisant. Nous payons pour avoir un gîte mais si les hôtels ne respectent pas les services offerts pour un soit disant coût, ceci ne me regarde pas en tant que consommateurs. Vous devez offrir le bien être en tout temps à votre clientèle.

Probleme de chauffage beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre (24 degres) personnel peu reactif qui a comme seule solution de proposer d ouvrir la fenetre (d ou bruit la nuit) ou de mettre un ventilateur • expérience tres moyenne nous ne reviendrons malheureusement pas - dommage car l'hôtel est joli et que nous etions enthousiastes a l'idée d y sejourner
