In a quiet area of ​​Biarritz, close to the amenities and Les Halles district, come discover this sublime house built in the 1920s and recently renovated.

An exoticism atmosphere emerges from this house by its decoration and garden.

La Casucha offers a high standard of comfort with an exterior not overlooked, perfect to chill out anytime of the day.

Passed the gate, different outdoor spaces are available to you : an covered dining area and its large bench with plancha, a relaxation area with artificial lawn and deckchairs and an outdoor shower ideal after surfing sessions.

On the ground floor, the entrance leads to a spacious lounge area around a functional fireplace and an high-end kitchen with central island.

As an extension, a corridor leads you to :
- A first double bedroom with wardrobes
- A TV /sitting area that can also turn into an extra bedroom (King Size Bed)
- A shower room with Hammam and laundry room
- A separate toilet

The first floor is accesible by a wooden staircade where two bedrooms are fitted out:
- A double room 160 and a second room with two single beds (80x2) that can be transformed into a double bed
They share a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Unassigned parking spaces are available along the street.

The quality of materials associated with a careful decoration make it an exceptional place for a memorable stay.

REMARK : The TV room remains an extra bedroom without storage (large cotton padded mattresses)

Nous avons adoré otre séjour à la Casucha. C'est une maison pleine de charme, avec un joli petit jardin et parfaitement bien située dans Biarritz. L'équipement de la cuisine et la salle TV sont de vrais plus. Nous la relouerons sans hésiter!

Séjour à la Casusha
Encore un merveilleux séjour dans cette maison située dans un quartier très calme et résidentiel de Biarritz et à proximité de l’océan, des Halles, des commerces du centre-ville et de Beaurivage. La maison est aussi agréable en extérieur pour faire des dîners entre amis qu’en intérieur avec sa cuisine tout équipée, sa chambre home- cinéma. Elle est très bien pensée pour les visiteurs et permet de se sentir bien quelque soit le temps soleil ou pluie, ce qui est très important pour Biarritz car la météo peut être capricieuse. L’équipe de conciergerie qui vous reçoit est sérieuse et sympathique. Je recommande vivement.
