THE APARTMENT

In a quiet residential area we enter the flat. In this ground floor flat we find the shower room with a large shower, ideal when returning from surfing or a long summer walk, to relax first.
The suite offers a large, bright and well laid out living room with an open plan kitchen, fully fitted and equipped. The entire flat has been refurbished by an architect who has combined modernity and tranquillity to make the property functional, up to date and optimal.
In this room you will also find a work area, where a desk and wifi are available.


THE SERVICES

Linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, beds will be freshly made upon arrival.
A free wifi connection is assigned to the apartment, suitable for telecommuting.

We can make excellent recommendations on current activities or events on the Basque Coast.
If you are looking for a surf teacher, yoga teacher or even a babysitter we have the best contacts to make sure you have a great vacation.

DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of 600€ will be required as part of the rental. It is mandatory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. It is managed by the Swikly secure online service.
The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect your credit card limits. You will only have to pay a service charge of 5€.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The elegant city centre is centred around the imposing Place Georges Clemenceau. Hindu statues are on display at the Asiatica Art Museum, while the Biarritz History Museum traces the Napoleonic era. The popular Halles food market offers truffles and artisanal breads. The tree-lined boulevards are lined with Basque tapas bars with terraces, brasseries serving mussels and wine bars, alongside delicatessens and art galleries.

One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to arrange your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.
