Chef Soumen took care of all of our special food requirements with such willingness and kindness. Service above and beyond by him. Kamalika took care of all of our requirements too with careful attention. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. All the staff were amazing. Cleanliness was perfect. "Amazing customer service especially from the staff at kitchen of Trident. The staff made sure to take my son’s needs into consideration and prepared very health but tasty food. I was blown away by the exceptional service at the restaurant and appreciated the efforts of Ashish, Executive Chef Shakti Prasad, Chef Ganesh, and Server Biswajeet. All dishes were extremely tasty and healthy. I have been staying at a lot of hotels during my journey in India but none can hold a candle to the food at trident. My family really enjoyed the experience. This hotel is highly recommended. Very nice and quiet. Spa is at Mayfair next door but it is not up to par. Would love to have a spa at trident that reflects their high standard."
