"The host and the staff were highly attentive with a clear agenda that you have a good experience in their accommodation.they were easily accessible to resolve any issues you may have. the place is ideally located in a quiet residential area of EL near local shops, bars and restaurants; therefore it felt very safe and it was quite practical due to available facilities. "This property is on a quiet street and our rooms were lovely and clean. The owner is very engaging and caring. I was a bit apprehensive coming to South Africa, but “Lord Flanegan” as I call him made us feel welcome and safe. He is very helpful and generous with his time. Oh and the breakfast. Thx Stewart. "Had a mistake with the online booking this is a thing that we find can happen via a portal like hotels.com and has happened to us on a few occasions . The staff here were brilliant though couldn’t help the first night went over and above to ensure the second was in a suitable room we had booked with balcony and sea view "
