" I first came to the hotel with no booking. When I came to the hotel the receptionist asked me if I was going to stay only one night. I answered that no, I planned on staying more than one night and he indicated its not a problem. There were no issues through my short stay. No reason that they would decide that I'm not a good guest. I am a quiet and tidy guest. "We really loved our stay in Span resorts; its a beautiful, tranquil set on the outskirts of Manali in the Naggar area, away from hustle and bustle from tourists. Great for a family with small kids as there are a lot of open spaces and a playing area. The river side view is just stunning and the USP of this property. Many people have shared negative feedbacks about the rooms and service but we found them to be top-notch "

"Wonderful stay. If you take the rooms on third floor or above you will get amazing view. Very close to Mall road but still very quite and serene. They let us do an early check in at a very reasonable cost and also they upgraded our room. It was bronze they upgraded it to silver. Although even in silver they did not provided tea, coffee sachets. Although kettle was provided. Rest everything was really great."

"No welcome drinks and no choice of food. You literally got to eat whatever is available at the property. Washrooms are so far from the tents that going out in the night might be scary due to forest area and chances of you meeting a wild animal on the way. "D’Polo Club & Spa Resort is a true gem, offering an unforgettable stay with its breathtaking mountain and riverside views. The early morning and sunset vistas are simply spectacular, making it the perfect destination for nature lovers. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and hospitality stood out. The culinary experience was exceptional. Executive Chef Chowang Norbu and his team went above and beyond to cater to our dietary needs. The Himachali and Tibetan cuisine was absolutely delicious—an authentic taste of the region that left us wanting more. The spa experience was top-notch. After a long six-hour road journey, the excellent massage left me feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop bar. Enjoying a drink while admiring the majestic Dhauladhar mountains, especially during sunrise and sunset, was truly magical. Overall, D’Polo Club & Spa Resort offers a premium experience with outstanding hospitality, stunning views, and excellent amenities. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

"This is a beautiful brand new hotel that has a wonderful view. The Manager Akshit upgraded our room and helped us book taxis. His hospitality was excellent, he even drove us to our bus stop and waited with us to ensure we got the right bus. Akshit was excellent and we loved our stay!"
