"The hotel has a great location and property. The rooms are large, spacious and well appointed. Over all maintenance was good. But what was lacking was the lack of servives and cutting of the corners. Small things like some one start the televisions was a big headache as there is often no one to recieve your call at reception or room service. Even if some one picked there was no one to attend to your request. There was no professionalism in taking care of guest like providing dental kit...
