But Should neighborhood store be closed Aldi is not to far.away. Great place to unwind and recharge. Cows are just down the road, they made me so happy. Car required."

"A really old house with a mix of very old and very modern furniture-really quirky. Very spacious property,well kitted out with all amenities. Situated in beautiful countryside with lots of attractions nearby. We were overwhelmed by the effort our hosts made for us and felt like old friends by the time we left. Cannot recommend highly enough. Maryse and Regis are special hosts with the gift of hospitality."

"We were a group of 7 friends staying for a wedding hosted 5 mins away from the property. The home was perfect for such a big group, with lots of space for everyone. Communication with the property manager was straightforward and check-in/check-out process went smoothly. Our only suggestion would be to get some fans as there are no fans or AC and the windows do not have screens on them, so it would get very hot and you couldn't leave windows open without letting in mosquitoes. Otherwise a lovely...

"The outside of the property is lovely. The pool is fabulous with a good seating area, however, we did have to clean the pool ourselves which we've never had to do at any other property we have rented. The interior of the house is very old and could do with having a thorough clean. There were a lot of cobwebs and some of the kitchen utensils weren't very clean. There was also a smell of soot in the lounge which exacerbated my daughters asthma so we chose not to use that room. Part of the house...

"Grote prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis met een schitterend uitzicht . De ontvangst door de beheerder Stephen was erg vriendelijk. Het huis heeft wel wat onderhoud nodig. Losse terrastegels en klemmende deuren. Het huis heeft wel de charme van een statig Frans landhuis. De schoonmaak liet te wensen over. Haren op de badkamervloeren en zelfs een niet geleegd vuilnisbakje in de badkamer. We hebben wel heel erg genoten en tot rust gekomen in dit afgelegen vakantiehuis."

"The host was lovely, however, the property smelt very strongly of tobacco and/or marijuana causing an asthma attack (despite being non-smoking). The property is not private as the host’s Mother resides downstairs and there are curtains missing from the windows etc. Having read positive reviews by other guests we were excited to stay at this property, however, had to leave within 20 mins of arrival and check into hotel based on smell. "Wonderful spacious grand Chateau providing a perfect get together peaceful location for our multi-generation family get together of 15. Such a diversity of facilities in the locality for all ages. From Kayaking to walking or simply lazing by pool in total seclusion. Local baker made breakfast a real pleasure and family local restaurants a real highlight. Thank you for such a great welcome and sharing your fresh produce that so enhanced the quality of our meals."

"Ce n'est pas la première fois que je viens dans cet hôtel. J'ai pour habitude de réserver sur internet et après je téléphone à l'hôtel pour savoir s'ils ont bien reçu la réservation. Confirmation faite et ils m'ont envoyé le mail. Le 29 Decembre à notre arrivée la standardiste nous a soutenu qu'il n'y avait aucune réservation a notre nom !!! "Beautiful rural area with spectacular views and nature. The Gite was gorgeous, clean and well equipped with spacious rooms, comfy beds and a lovely swimming pool with an incredible view. Our hosts, Didier and Elizabeth were very welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers. It is the ideal place to relax and take time out for a well needed break in the middle of nature, with the Pyrenees providing a stunning backdrop. There are plenty of lovely walks, forests and lakes...
