"Spiderwebs on the walls and insects on the floor. The towel for the shower is very small. There is a humidiy smell as you enter and it was very humid during the night. I understand that the price is competitive, however i am not sure the room should be offered to start with. The matresses of 2 of the "beds" were superthin. The pillows were uncomfortable. We asked for the menu of the restaurant, we were told they could provide one only if we booked the table."

"When I arrived at this property the owner finally answered the door, she said she had no knowledge of my booking. Finally I had to email her a copy of my confirmation. This wasn't made any easier by her statement that "she spoke no English" - the website clearly states multilingual staff. (In fact it later became clear she did speak English). The 'living-room' is actually set out as a shop and did not feel welcoming - I was not invited to use it anyway. The only restaurant in Salives was unable...

Pesme et sa maison royale est un endroit incontournable pour un public en quête de sérénité, calme , nature et architecture médiévale. Nous recomodons de vous y rendre avec un bibelot chouette ou hiboux pour vous attirez les amitié du propriétaire ! Bon séjour a tous . C + Y"
