"Due to the holiday season, reception closed at 15:00 hours, so check in was thru an envelope. Rooms are very spacious, bed and showers are good, but it is an ancient structure and building, so don’t expect modern rooms or furniture. Staff when available was very helpful. Great to walk around the area. "

"The property is set up for sporting events and has lots of activities. As well as a number of sports venues attached to or nearby the hotel. "

"It was very convenient 2 Mins. from Train station 5 Mins. into town, quiet, and all the staff very friendly and very helpful, nothing too much trouble."

"I had a problem with self check-in process because I was a half hour arriving due to my missed train connection from zurich to grenchen and I did not have correction reservation number. So I pressed the speaker button and someone responded and due to the language barrier i eventually resolved the problem"

"Just what you expect. Clean, quiet, relaxing. The staff was very helpful. We had no issues with our stay. The cleaning staff did a great job at maintaining our room during our 6 night stay. "
