"What a gem! Tucked away in the back streets of Como. I can’t fault this place. Staff are amazing, each and every one of them. We were upgraded - however I think every room here is special. "The property is located in a VERY good spot right next to the border with Switzerland, although reaching the property with a car is quite difficult because it is located in a very narrow street, climbing up to a mountain. Spaces are clean and room was comfortable. Owner was available at all time, reached by phone and very helpful to provide any information or help. "

Leila was lovely, polite and very helpful during our stay. The room was clean, modern and exatcly what we needed. I have been to Bergamo 3 times and will definitely be using Ginevra rooms again."

"Less than 5 minutes walk from metro station. Hotel was bright, clean, well maintained and quiet. Good size room and bathroom. All staff were pleasant and helpful. Area around the hotel doesn’t look very nice but only ever saw people walking their dogs or going into the market opposite the hotel so always felt safe. "
