"The Houseboat Villa Nautica is not for everyone. My wife and I are 70 and enjoy staying in unique accommodations such as the tented camps in Kenya. We are self-sufficient and are comfortable living out of our two carry-on bags. We own property in the Rocky Mountains in Canada and love having our morning coffee on our deck watching the wildlife that call this part of the world home. "Whilst many hotels in the same category are comfortable, the people who designed the Hyatt obviously wanted to add something extra to make the hotel different. Sure, the breakfast is good, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean etc, but when you are in your room you don't feel like you are in a "Hotel" room so much. They have added decorative elements to make the rooms feel much more than "yet another Hotel". I've stayed there a few times, but all the rooms from the smaller standard rooms to the suites have added decorative touches that make it feel superior to normal hotels. I don't really enjoy travelling for business, but at least when I am at the Hyatt House, I know I have an environment that I like. The only thing that I would love to see would be the ability to call up English language movies whilst staying there. There is only so much BBC News/AL Jazzera/EuroNews that I really want to watch in a week..."
