"Die Hütte, das Bewirtungsteam, das Essen waren perfekt. Wer eine besondere Umgebung, mit genialer Aussicht für sein Event sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Matratzenlager ist spartanisch aber sauber. Der „Aufstieg“ ist machbar, wärend der Skisaison allerdings nicht zu empfehlen, da zweimal die Piste überquert werden muss."

"Many tour buses use this hotel. Noisy outside during the evening/night due to people, smokers, and traffic circle. It was difficult to get sleep if you needed the windows open due to noise and smoke. Some rooms have nicer views of the castle. Dining area could be very busy if tour buses were there at the same time. Nice selection for food. Very convenient location to walk to the old town area with many restaurants and beautiful sights to see. Very close to the train and bus station as well. "

"We loved this place and will be returning. The only downside for our last stay was the hallway outside our room was being redecorated from 7:30am. Because the place is very quiet, it woke me up every morning. "

"The staff is super friendly. The hotel grounds are well maintained. The spa is a really nuce amenity. If you get a room on the main road...The noise is pretty loud. The parking garage is REALLY difficult to get in and out. "

"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und hat uns auch gut gefallen, genauso wie die Außenanlagen, Wege und Spielplätze. Unser Häuschn sah auf den ersten Blick auch modern und schick aus, jedoch hat es bei der Sauberkeit große Defizite gegeben. Der Boden war voller Staub und Krümel, die Toilette war überhaupt nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und alle Seifenspender im Haus waren nicht aufgefüllt.
