"Family run business who took genuine interest in my stay."

"This property was amazing. Keep in mind that it is a residential building, not a hotel, so there is no front desk. However, the owners gave us very detailed instructions for entry and parking, and communication was great throughout our visit. The apartment was absolutely beautiful with a breathtaking view of Haifa. It was beyond our expectations. Very clean, and lots of space. Each bedroom had a nice tv, and a door out to the wrap-around balcony. The hosts thought of everything: the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, the bedrooms were beautifully furnished with comfortable beds, and the bathrooms were clean and luxurious. There was a large, comfortable sectional sofa, and a dining table that could easily accommodate our whole family. The balcony was my favorite part- the view was spectacular, and the outdoor furniture was new and comfortable. The apartment and balcony were quiet and private. We could not see or hear any other apartment or area around us. I will absolutely stay here again, and am already looking forward to it."

"I stayed at the Domus Hotel in Bat Galim, Haifa for over a month, and it was a fantastic experience that truly justifies all the great reviews it gets. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the Mediterranean Sea, offering breathtaking views. The proximity to the water made the location simply amazing. I stayed in a studio room, which was perfect in every way—clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, though not expansive, making it a perfect start to my day. The staff at Domus Hotel are super friendly and truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to: Alla - the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly, Mohadi - always super helpful, Ira and Lylia - from housekeeping, who ensured the rooms were spotless, Jacob and Adrey - from maintenance, who kept everything in top condition, and Oren - who was fantastic in extending my stay by ten days. The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable with many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. Being part of Haifa, the hotel is close to everything, including the Haifa German Colony area and downtown Haifa, which have fantastic restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. "Good location, fabulous breakfast. It would be nice if the rooms included blow dryers. Toilet runs all the time, and the mini-fridge is quite loud. "

"When we checked in there was no explination of information as it should be at the check in desk. We just got our room keys and told us about breakfast time. When we entered the room there was a man painting furniture there. We went back to the check in desk and the manager upgraded us to a junuior suite which was great and was near the pool which we like very much. However, there were some things that needed fixing like the shower head that was broken but because there were two we used the other one. The air condiotioner in the saloon was not cooling well but luckily there was another one in the bedroom that worked well even though its located on one side of the room so we had to turn in off at night because one of us were facing the air conditioner which made him really cold. The room needed more cleaning . It was not dirty but still not clean however the second day it was cleaned better. When we checked out the receptionist guy did not say a word or asking us how was our staying in the hotel he just took the cards and said ok and bye. He was not really nice. The food was ok . After all the hotel is nice and near the sea you can walk by the sea but you need a car or transportation to get to places in the area. We were not told or informed about the spa activities or any children's activities of any kind and sadly we heard about it later before checking out by chance from a lady who was staying there."

"The property is family-owned. The room is clean, well-designed, and very comfortable, containing everything you need, including fresh fruits, wine, and coffee. The steep stairs make it difficult to access, and there’s no view from the window. The service can sometimes be impatient, likely due to it being a family-run business. However, the warm, personal touch and attention to detail make it a charming place to stay. Plus, the hotel is located above the famous Uri Buri restaurant. Don’t let the minor inconveniences deter you"

"We had a wonderful stay in this restored mansion house. The rooms and public areas have stunning high ceilings. There are artworks in every corner. It is like a museum, The bedroom, bathroom, beds, and linen were perfect. The position is in the heart of the old city overlooking the sea. We did stretching exercises every morning on the balcony where the management had left gym mats. The outstanding breakfast was served in a large hall with a six-meter ceiling! The breakfast was a fusion of the best Israeli and Palestinian cuisine. A lovely spread. This was an excellent choice of hotel in this interesting town. The hotel staff without exception were charming. "
