"Absolutely wonderful. We stayed in the Junior suite and I’m honestly surprised they had any availability as it is beautiful, the hostess was amazing, it’s in an adorable little town, great food, and overall an amazing experience. We’ve already decided that we will definitely stay there again. The breakfast room was cozy and beautifully decorated. The room was utilized to the fullest extent. Just exceeded our expectations! "

"The town of Betzenstein is a quaint village. It was very quiet and picturesque. Renee was very friendly and answered each and every one of our questions in detail. Our 4 bedroom unit, Belle Etage, was spacious with a well equipped kitchen and plenty of storage space. Facility had a laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers; much needed since we traveled for 3 weeks in Germany. This unit was 20 steps up from the street level. Plenty of on street parking. "Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal für eine Woche im Herbst in dieser schönen Wohnung. Sie ist gemütlich und stilvoll eingerichtet und lässt auch bei der Küchenausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Beim Geschirr ist von allem ausreichend vorhanden und man findet nicht nur die Espressokanne sondern auch einen genialen Milchaufschäumer dazu vor - was will man mehr. "We arrived very late in the night, but Akos at reception was very kind and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and breakfast is great. Members of staff are always helpful at reception and in the breakfast room. Easy parking. We are regular guests at this property the last 15 years even ownership was changed. "
