"The bedroom was good and spaceous but that was it. The breakfast was extremely disappointing with very limited options, especially on the first morning when only a few other rooms were staying in the hotel, and they did not restock the food or drinks - basically First come, First Serve. We were not advised where to enter the hotel after the reception is closed, and after coming back from Europapark, we found ourselves locked outside with no one to assist us. Only german spoken in the hotel."

"We stayed here on Christmas night through the weekend specifically to go snowboarding. We were able to leave our car and ride the bus(bus stop directly in front of house) and back. Very easy! Owners were very sweet and knowledgeable of the area. Breakfast was good too! "

"Sehr sauber und sehr freundliche Vermieter, die im Haus wohnen. Unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Europapark und in fußläufiger Entfernung gute Restaurants. Wir waren länger da und hatten häufigen Handtuchwechsel und auch Bettwäschewechsel. Das einzige, was nicht so gut ist: Bei vier Personen wird es sehr warm im Zimmer. Kann ich sehr empfehlen."

"This was the best room of our vacation and it is less than a mile from Europa Park. The room was quite large as it is an apartment with a full kitchen, patio, and had beds for 7 people. A double and a bunkbed in the bedroom plus a double and a sleeper sofa in the living room. It has a small patio where you immediately notice how meticulously the yard is maintained. It is beautiful. "The property was fit for purpose. We used it just to have a place to sleep and visit Freiburg and surroundings. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The room was very small for 2 people and their luggage (2 had fairly sizeable suitcases, since we were spending 3 weeks in Europe)."

"Serviceable family rental flat a very short walk to Europa Park. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was hard to use as there were basic things like a colander and a spatula missing. Easy walk to Lidl or Edeka. Really can't beat the location, and a lot of space for the price. "

Clean/Modern hotel by the train!

"I wasn’t initially planning to stay in Freiburg, however very glad I decided to stay the night. I read many travel blogs about Freiburg, and they all seemed to imply finding modern lodging in Freiburg was fairly difficult, and hotels are kind of my thing. This hotel was in prime location for getting in and out of Freiburg, walking distance to Old Town (I arrived on Rosenmontag - had no clue). Staff was VERY NICE, hotel was clean, and the room was quiet. "

1 Night Stay

"One night stay at the Moxy, for Europa Park. The hotel is in a great location for visits to Europa Park with just being a short walk away. The weather in January was cold but the hotel and our room was nice and warm. We had breakfast which was very good. The room was clean and modern with good amenities, it would have been nice if there was tea/coffeeaking facilities in the room. But the bar staff helped us with hot water. "
