"We had always walked past this stunning hotel whenever we’d visit Hermanus, promising ourselves we’d treat ourselves one day. Well- we just did- and what a treat it was. Brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment I we departed. All the staff were super welcoming from the parking to reception (Connor). We were upgraded to the penthouse with the best view ever. Spacious suite with everything super clean and light and bright. Free bottle of wine due to VIP status and treats in the room as well. Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was wonderful and again the staff were super friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be our go to hotel in Hermanus for the future. Thank you for the awesome time. "
