"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "One of the best Pullman hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Not only it’s very central, they provide you with free public transport for your stay (apparently a lot of hotels in Basel do this), their service was warm and friendly, they provide you with bottles of still and sparkling water! Also memory foam pillows! Which was what I needed after a long day! "

"Interesting hotel in the center of the city. Suite was generously sized. Front desk staff assisted with dinner reservations and that was super helpful. I’d definitely skip the morning breakfast ‘for a fee’; wasn’t worth the cost and there are so many local patisseries around with delicious choices."
