The building is very attractive; the proprietor was very pleasant; the breakfast was good. The room was spacious & clean but badly thought out - e.g. amongst other things, power sockets for the bedside were behind the bed and inaccessible, the loo was situated below a very low, sharp point of the ceiling, the curtains served no purpose at all. "Absolut tolle Pension an den weinbergen der Mosel. Zimmer sehr gepflegt und ausreichend groß. Uhriger Weinkeller der zum verweilen einlädt. Vorzügliches Essen, vom Chef selber zubereitet. Die Weine sehr sehr lecker. Man merkt das die Familie den Betrieb lebt. Sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend. Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch einmal einen Urlaub dort verbringen. "

"Had a few issues due to booking via Hotels.com, but the owners and staff at the property were great. The suite we had was massive, with 2 bath/shower rooms, and both had great views. There was a well equipped kitchen available if you wanted to self-cater. Free parking on site, and only a short walk to the beautiful town of Traben-Trabach. Only a short stay this time, but I hope to return for a week next year, to take advantage of the hiking, cycling and wine in the area. Many thanks to Niels...

"Sehr gut gelegen. Zu Fuß kann man wunderbar den Ort erkunden. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Man ist sehr schnell in Bernkastel-Kues, Traben Trabach, etc. Wir als Hundebesitzer wurden herzlich aufgenommen und man hat schöne Möglichkeiten, mit dem Hund zu laufen. Alles in Allem empfehlenswert."

"Wir haben mit Freunden in Wochenende an der Mosel verbracht und sind auf das Gästehaus Kiebel gestoßen. Es ist ein sehr schönes, uriges Anwesen. "Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"
