Good place for a stay
Spent two nights, it was clean, updated, close to main roads and nearby dining. Other than spotty tv dish service and a missing shower curtain, the room was nice, quiet, and comfortable. Room was large and had a nice couch which I think pulled out if needed.

The hotel is under renovation, there was no breakfasts, hallways carpet were dirty and stained. Not well lighted at night. The clerk was nice but didn’t speak English well. It’s off the interstate which was good. Beds were comfortable but not well made and I didn’t see any other staff, just the same two people.

The staff is excellent, especially Tiara! To be fair all staff were helpful and kind…Tiara just stuck out a bit more and radiated helpfulness. And…just as important…my bed was unreal for comfort. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back for golf…the location was perfection!

What happened?
The room was good size, clean and well appointed. Unfortunately the outside of the facility looked terrible. Plants overgrown, pathways covered in grass and leaves, very unappealing. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was not like that.

Really nice and clean. Looks can be deceiving from the outside. There wasn’t a breakfast bar and the pool wasn’t working but they adjusted the rate so no complaints!

Manage expectations
We had a good night sleep in a reasonably clean room, but do not expect a pool, hot tub or breakfast as advertised. The facility and grounds are quickly falling into disrepair.
