"Exceptional property. Very thoughtful attention in the rooms including chocolates on the night stand every night. the housekeeping was also exceptional. Bottles of water was replaced every night. Excellent location. The concierge was very helpful for securing a reservation. Only slight quibble is that they said they were unable to drop us to the airport on Sunday when we were leaving, but their website their was complimentary drop-off to the airport. "We had a nice one night stay here. It is located near everything. It was helpful to have read another review that said you have to take an elevator to the lobby. There is construction going on around the building and I may not have seen the entrance otherwise."

"I had a really nice stay here. It's close to pretty much everything that you'd like to see, in the city. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room itself was really nice and cosy, but it was really hot in the room, and the receptionist kindly found me a fan, which really helped. The only downside is regarding being eco-friendly, individually wrapped soap bars aren't the best, and I only stayed there for 2 nights, so it was a waste. "Overall, an excellent experience. The La Sapiniere had a real apartment feel to it and I could easily see my family and I staying here again. The apartment is well stocked with just about everything that a guest might need to include dishes, toiletries, bedding/linens, cleaning products, and vacuum.
