We always stay at this hotel when visiting DC. Used to live in nearby neighborhood. The hotel is simply superior. Service is excellent. James Lau was very friendly when we checked out. Room cleaned everyday. Anything you wanted brought to you. Extremely convenient to metro, grocery store, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Worst stay ever, rude staff, rude sales staff, I will never ever step in here. I will let all of my party planners know to stop hosting weddings at this hotel. I’ve been doing events since 2001 and never ever have I had an experience like this, food was horrible. The banquet manager was the only helpful guy with a positive attitude. -10✨
