Front desk and breakfast and dining staff were cordial. Facilities are very good. Parking ramp is very steep and barriers very high making tires and front hit ramp. Park car was damaged by another vehicle but there were no security cameras to document what happened.

The hotel, rooms, ambiance & amenities were very nice. That said, the check-in staff person bordered on arrogant and was unwilling to see if our room could be available one hour earlier than "official" check-in time. We had been on the road a long time & were exhausted, and would have appreciated that one accommodation. The one other surprise was being charged $20 @ night to park! Not only ridiculously expensive, but also not advised beforehand (which may be an Expedia flaw or the Hotel's poor communication in advance. The facility itself was lovely and the breakfast was excellent.

Property is in a very beutiful area and very close to Bethesda, Washington DC. But what made the stay perfect was the spacious suite, clean, breakfast and the restaurant were excellent. Staff very courteous and friendly. This is the second time I stayed here and will come back.

Not a great hotel stay.. they rent out the pool to swim coaches for almost the whole day .. allowing only 2 hours for guests .. the hot tub would be available, but it’s broken … But the biggest issue is the bed .. it is without a doubt the worst bed I’ve ever been on at a hotel and I’ve stayed in some sus hotels .. bouncy springy .. itchy and down right uncomfortable. Def would not recommend

An extremely good property with great amenities (free full breakfast, 2 free adult beverages per person, per night, on property restaurant & in/outdoor pool). I would definitely stay here again if in the area sometime in the future!
