"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have is that the walls are paper thin so you hear everything in the surrounding rooms. Also the AC made a weird noise that sounded like someone spraying a water hose on the window. The beds were very comfortable and we felt safe. I appreciate that they accommodated our request of a first floor room since we were 2 disabled women and a disabled child heading home from advocating for people with rare diseases in Washington DC. I would gladly stay at this property again. "

"Check in took a few minutes, but the lady was super friendly and made everyone feel welcomed. Rooms were super clean. Beds were actually comfy. Breakfast time was tasty. This is a new Hotel, its really nice! "
