Nicely furnished well-maintained townhouse condominium centrally located between Sunday River and the Bethel village. The first floor has an open concept kitchen, living and dining area with a private half bath. The first floor also is features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring an oversized tile shower. The second floor features two additional bedrooms and a full bath. This townhouse is a great home base for your next trip to the Bethel and Sunday River area and is in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and other area activities.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.
